    Great Tuesday class fellow Powerlifters, I hope that you came away with some knowledge on lifting. Thursday is a bench day, come get your pecks on at 8pm.

    Warm Up: 2 Rounds of: 20 Wall Balls 20 V-Ups 20 Lunges 40 feet of  Bear Crawls WOD: Tabata Calorie Row 8 Rounds of, 20 seconds of rowing and 10 seconds of rest. Maximum effort should be give each round for 4 minutes of work. Count your total calories rowed. Cool Down: Walk it out!
